Mini traditional baked

A small, two-to-three-bite mooncake with a golden pastry shell, defined moulded pattern and rich filling. It is released from its mould before it goes into the oven.

Mini mochi mooncake

A small, two-to-three-bite mooncake with tender rice-flour skin, a soft, chewy bite and a cool, matte finish. No oven and no browned pastry crust.

Hong Kong-born and Vancouver-based, Abraham has cooked Cantonese food since age nine. Featured on CBC Vancouver for his mooncake teaching, he brings practical craft, cultural context and a musician’s sense of composition to every gathering.
